If you are having difficulty accessing your files and you are using Internet Explorer .. here's the easy fix:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click on "TOOLS"

3. Click on "INTERNET OPTIONS"

4. Click the 'SECURITY" TAB

5. In the bottom section where it says "Security Level for this Zone," slide the slider down to MEDIUM

6. Click "OK"
